These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications and services provided by Anika Labs ("Anika Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Anika Labs is a subscription-based design and development studio. For a recurring fee you get access to a project workspace where you can submit requests for design, development, branding and custom software, which our team delivers on an ongoing basis. Delivery capacity, active project limits and turnaround depend on your chosen plan.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.

3. Cancellation and pausing

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, approvals and any materials needed for us to complete your requests. You confirm that any assets you provide do not infringe the rights of others and that you have the right to use them.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, final deliverables we create specifically for you are yours to use. We may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal know-how, and we may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Warranties and liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anika Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
