Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, pausing and refunds work for Anika Labs subscriptions. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.

2. Pausing

If you do not have active work right now, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Pausing stops billing for the paused period and lets you resume later without losing your workspace.

3. Refunds

Because our plans give you immediate access to a working team and ongoing delivery, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe there has been a billing error, a duplicate charge, or work was not delivered as agreed, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case and issue a refund where appropriate.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans are paid upfront for the year. If you cancel an annual plan partway through, you keep access for the remainder of the paid term. Pro-rated refunds on annual plans are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@anikalabs.com from the address on your account with your order details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
