About the project
Camprodest operates high-throughput creative production studios requiring seamless synchronization between physical room availability, talent scheduling, workstation hardware, and broadcast streams.
To eliminate fragmented manual spreadsheets and disparate tools, we designed and engineered an all-in-one operations ecosystem. The platform features an intelligent algorithmic timeline scheduler that prevents double-booking and optimizes room handovers, paired with an automated desktop launcher that configures multi-display broadcast workstations in seconds.
The system also incorporates a dedicated remote-access security layer with time-bounded, permission-verified host access while maintaining full audit logging across all studio suites.
